Today, we want to impress upon all that your life does not end at a specific age number. You can do whatever you choose to do – at any point in time in your life! There is no age past which you can no longer climb a mountain, or learn an instrument, or pick up a paintbrush, or run a marathon. Any barriers you perceive are all in your head!
In our conversation, Dr. Northrup shares with us that our bodies (and women’s bodies, in particular) are nothing short of extraordinary, and they should be treated with much respect and love. We inherently know (but are sometimes overwhelmed by contradictory media rhetoric and images) that our worth is not tied to our bodies or looks. It’s our souls that are the most important.
As we discuss what it means to be an “ageless goddess”, Dr. Northrup communicates that our mindset is key to changing our perceptions about what an “older” person is and does. She challenges common perspectives regarding how mature women should look, behave and interact in this world.
Most importantly, Dr. Northrup invites us to always follow our passion, honestly deal with our emotional traumas and dramas, commit to making self-care a lifestyle, to remain open-minded, and to joyously embrace new adventures.

…And, soooo much more!
