Our mindset is the foundation for everything we do. It’s our perspective, our way of thinking, and our attitude towards life. Having a positive and growth-oriented mindset can make all the difference in achieving our goals and living a fulfilling life. On the other hand, a negative and limiting mindset can hold us back, and keep us stuck in survival mode.
A growth mindset is the belief that one’s abilities and intelligence can be developed through hard work, dedication, and perseverance. This mindset focuses on learning and improvement, rather than just natural talent or intelligence. With a growth mindset, we’re more likely to take on challenges, learn from failures, and ultimately achieve more than we ever thought possible.
On the other hand, a fixed mindset is the belief that one’s abilities and intelligence are set in stone and cannot be changed. This mindset is limiting because it can prevent us from taking risks, trying new things, and ultimately growing and improving.
Additionally, mindset has a direct impact on our habits. If you have a growth mindset, you’re more likely to develop habits that support your personal growth and success. Alternatively, if you have a fixed mindset, you may be more likely to develop habits that keep you stuck in survival mode.
Today’s guest, Transformational Mindset Coach Luke Harlan joins us to explore the habits and mindset shifts that can transform our perspectives and attitudes towards life so we can thrive in every aspect of our lives. Luke shares his personal story and expertise in a vulnerable, accessible and engaging manner. More importantly, he provides proven actionable concepts and ideas designed to help one shift from a survival mentality to a thriving one.
Tune in if you’re ready to achieve more, experience more, and ultimately live a happier and more fulfilling life.
