We’re closing out the month of love with one of our favorite topics–health and wellness! We believe that in the absence of vibrant health, we are not able to live life to its fullest. And that doesn’t leave much to give anyone else either!
With that in mind, and since we realize many budgets are stressed as a result of the pandemic, we asked “The Good Doctor”, Dr. LaJoyce Brookshire to join us for “the tea” on supercharging your health on a shoestring budget.

There’s a quote attributed to motivational speaker Jim Rohn. “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” We take that sentiment to heart and choose those we hold closest with care. Dr. LaJoyce, is one of those people in our lives. She’s family. She even eulogized our mom/grandmother.
Fun Fact. (Nia’s terminology for when she’s going to digress from the topic at hand and share a random, yet tangentially relevant piece of information.) We are blessed to have Dr. LaJoyce as our tea guest {or Te-Te LaJoyce as she is affectionately called by Nia.) The Good Doctor & Deb are sister-friends who raised their girls together and share among other interests, a love of all things health-related. So, this conversation is as real as it gets. (Yes. we talk about “pee and poop” ALL of the time. Doesn’t everyone? lol)
