Meditation was shrouded in mystery for me growing up. I heard a wide range of different opinions as to what the purpose of meditation was, and so, I knew little of it for many years.

Meditation, specifically chakra meditations, plays an important role in her successful coaching business. And as Leisa introduced this type of mindfulness to my mom, she let me join in on the fun.
