Some of our greatest relational issues stem from a lack of understanding of our own and/or others’ inclinations, motivations and actions. In this second episode of our March series on self-awareness, we explore the benefits of better understanding our unique human blueprint through Human Design. Join us as we chat with practitioner Jennifer Freeman and learn how this powerfully self-affirming tool could increase your understanding of yourself, those you love and others with whom you interact.
(Jen on how Human Design can contribute to relational transformation.)
A few years ago we were introduced to Human Design by Deb’s business coach, Leisa Peterson, and have been fascinated by the self-awareness tool ever since. While we own several books designed to help one decode one’s unique chart, nothing compares to the insight a seasoned coach can provide.
So, rather than just chat about the impact Human Design has had on our lives, individually and as a mother/daughter duo, we wanted to share a broader view of its benefits.
Recently, we had the privilege of having some “tea” time with Human Design coach Jennifer Freeman. Jen is our first expert guest for our March series on self-awareness.
To be honest, we really couldn’t do the “nuts and bolts” of the Human Design system justice on an audio platform. (Learn more about Human Design by check out the resource links below.) More importantly, we thought it might be more beneficial to chat about what makes this system so compelling and the impact it could have on the lives and relationships of those know their design types. In addition we discuss how learning our types has positively affected how we interact and communicate.
