Meditation was shrouded in mystery for me growing up. I heard a wide range of different opinions as to what the purpose of meditation was, and so, I knew little of it for many years.

Enter Leisa Peterson. As you will hear in the podcast, Leisa is an incredible soul, my mom’s much-loved business coach and a dear friend of ours. Meditation, specifically chakra meditations, plays an important role in her successful coaching business. And as Leisa introduced this type of mindfulness to my mom, she let me join in on the fun.

While science has shown that meditation has physical and mental health benefits, Leisa demonstrated how meditation can be used as a self-mastery tool. It’s a fantastic way to become more aware and grounded in life. Allocating a few minutes a day to sit, reflect, recharge your energy, and reevaluate your goals, can go a long way in helping you create an abundant and fulfilling life.
